This took place on 6/9/1997. Unfortunately, I missed all the first part of it as I was in River's Rest, so only saw this ending part. I have edited out most of the idiotic stuff that people there were doing, but left a couple of them in to show how bad such events often used to be back in the AOL days. There's not a lot of substance to this log, but it contains a lot of old well known people in it, so fun for that reason.

Recreational fishermen often beach their vessels on this sandy stretch of
beach. To the south, you can see the wooden palisade that surrounds the Landing.
You also see[1m a white-robed figure[0m and an abandoned wooden dinghy.

Shadowkatt whispers, "Not all that much, tis a servant of Luukos."
Langard comes out of hiding.
Langard starts jumping around like a twelve-year-old.
Tymelord says, "But of course that will never happen"

Krynith asks, "Karye shut who up?"
Hexcalibyr says, "Dispater, Ok, I think we get the idea"

Lascivia gestures at Dispater. Lascivia suddenly looks very drained.
A bolt of soft white light streaks down from the sky bathing Dispater in it.

Sigmundo says, "Why in the world are you raising Dispater? Let him decay, his God will sort him out. "
Dispater says, "Odd..."

At least someone was looking out for me, I was the last one to get raised! Oh, and Megraill is the only person ever to get away with calling Danay Dandan!
Jylli says, "that was rather frightenin"
Jylli's face turns slightly pale.
You ask, "so are you all just going to leave me as the lone deader?"
Myrhia asks, "Kin ye say anymore 'bout what happened? Dis thing jes showed up, killed everyone, an left?"
Synnera says, "I hear Tymelord made it mad"

Krynith says, "Well Luukos is weak"
You begin to wail, your spirit lamenting your current state.

You feel a sudden jolt of nothing short of the raw power of divine intervention. For some reason, you cannot bring yourself to move quite yet, but feel relieved nonetheless.
Jylli says, "Nae be so sure, I have seen otherwise"
SP> Jylli's face turns slightly pale.
SP> Krynith says, "He wanted me as a Sacrifice and failed"
Megraill says, "there you go dandan"
