Flirting and Courting
As mentioned before, the courtship or seduction process can be some of the most fun you will have with roleplayed romance. It's a chance for your character to strut his or her stuff, a chance to be playful or serious, a chance to reveal facets of your character that may not be shown at any other time, and a chance to set the stage for whatever may follow. Ongoing flirting and courting is just as important to keep the relationship interesting and alive. Flirting and courting is fun roleplay that anyone can be involved in, whether or not they ever make it into a latched room.
Tayra tilts her head up.
(Tayra stares at a spot in a branch high above)
You say in elven, "Tis a beautiful night, and not too cold."
Tayra says in elven, "I have been asked to go visit some friends for a while."
Tayra says in elven, "And yes... it is a beautiful night"
(Tayra looks down at you as she says the word "beautiful" before returning her gaze to the branch)
(Raedel lies back on the ground and beckons you to lie with her)
You smile at Tayra.
You lie down.
(Tayra lies back gently.)
Tayra lies down.
You smile at Tayra.
(Some conversation edited out)
Tayra says in elven, "She says she and I are both passion.. I of fire, she of earth"
Tayra says in elven, "I don't quite understand... but I agreed and nodded"
Tayra chuckles.
(Raedel wraps you in her arms and pulls your head onto her shoulder, keeping you warm in her embrace)
You say in elven, "Hmmm...I think I might understand a little.
(Tayra closes her eyes and settles into your arms comfortably)
(Tayra speaks in a soft voice...)
Tayra says in elven, "I never saw myself as fiery really"
You blink at Tayra.
(Tayra chuckles lightly)
You laugh out loud!
Tayra blinks.
Tayra says in elven, "Well...I didn't."
Tayra smiles.
You say in elven, "Oh dear gods Tayra. Sparks fly out from you wherever you go."
(Tayra tries to hide a grin)
Tayra blushes a nice shade of off-pink.
(Tayra buries her face in your cloak)
Tayra chuckles.
(Raedel runs her fingers through your hair in a comforting manner)
You smile.
Tayra sighs contentedly.
(Tayra raises her arm and runs her fingernails lightly across the side of your neck)
You shiver.
Tayra says in elven, "I just wish I knew why everytime I see you my heart insists on beating five times faster than normal"
Tayra chuckles.
You smile at Tayra.
You say in elven, "Same reason mine does I guess."
You say in elven, "When you touch my neck like that, my pulse races and thoughts of being pure flee my head."
(Tayra moves her hand back down your neck and to your hand again)
Tayra smiles at you.
Tayra says in elven, "Then perhaps I should be more careful where I place them."
You say in elven, "But I like it too much."
You smile at Tayra.
Tayra says in elven, "I'm sorry, I did not realize, honestly. I just wished to touch your hair"
You kiss Tayra on the lips.
(Raedel continues running her fingers through your hair)
You rub your chin thoughtfully.
Tayra smiles gently
You say in elven, "You say you had no idea......"
You say in elven, "So if I do something like this......"
Tayra bites her lip.
(Tayra tilts her head and smiles up at you)
(Raedel lightly traces her finger around the edge of your ear and then along the side of your neck)
You ask in elven, "It must have no affect on you eh?"
(Tayra's pulse races under your touch and you know it does)
Tayra asks in elven, "...not at all?"
You say in elven, "Because if you did not know your touch would affect me, then mine must not affect you."
Tayra says in elven, "I could lie to you and tell you that it doesn't... but I'm afraid my heart once again betrays me by beating louder than a herd of thrak everytime you touch me"
You smile quietly to yourself.
(Raedel returns her gaze to the star filled sky)
Tayra smiles and looks up at the stars.
Tayra says in elven, "They really are beautiful."
You nod to Tayra.
You say in elven, "Aye they are, especially when reflected in your eyes."
Tayra smiles softly.
Thieves tend to have their own special style of flirting. ;)
You gather the remaining 631 coins from inside your steel coffer.
Tarnia whistles tunelessly to herself.
Tarnia takes a drink from her strong cider.
You say, "Was wondrin if I'm keepin all my coins."
You grin at Tarnia.
Tarnia says, "Maybe."
You remove a yellow zircon from in your steel coffer.
You put a yellow zircon in your brown greatcloak.
Tarnia says, "Depends on if I want my hands in your pocket. So, it's doubtful."
Tarnia winks at you.
You grin at Tarnia.
Tarnia put a yellow zircon in her hooded cloak.
Tarnia takes a drink from her strong cider.
You ask in elven, "Something to drink first?"
You say in elven, "Just tell me what you would like."
Tayra says in elven, "A nice glass of Merlot sounds lovely actually"
Tayra smiles at you.
You ask in elven, "A glass of merlot perhaps?"
You smile at Tayra.
Tayra blushes a florid shade of deep crimson.
Tayra says in elven, "You are reading my thoughts again."
You smile at Tayra.
You kiss Tayra on the lips.
You say in elven, "Your thoughts are often pleasant."
(Tayra lets her lips linger on yours for a bit)
Tayra says in elven, "That is because they are usually of you."
Tayra says in elven, "Oleani's time is drawing nigh."
Tayra chuckles.
You say in elven, "So you keep mentioning."
Tayra fidgets.
Raedel smiles warmly at you with a sparkle in her eye.
You kiss Tayra on the hand.
(Tayra's cheeks flush and she tries to change the subject.....)
Words of Love
You say in elven, "I told Shira the other day that you are the moon that lights my night."
You say in elven, "It was like a damn in my heart I did not know was there broke and all my feelings for you came pouring out."
You smile at Aratia.
You say in elven, "It has been so much more than I ever suspected or expected."
Aratia says in elven, "I knew what was behind that dam... and whether you loved me, or you ended up loving someone else, I was determined to break through it."
Aratia smiles softly.
You smile at Aratia.
Aratia says in elven, "I saw hints of it all the time"
You ask in elven, "Aye?"
Aratia nods.
(Aratia caresses your arm lovingly.. her fingertips stroking up and down)
You shiver.
You ask in elven, "So you knew you were my moon when I did not?"
You grin.
Aratia says in elven, "I knew that you had the ability to light someone's heart with but a glance their way... I knew that you could set the world afire with a touch... and I saw all of that withering."
Aratia bites her lip.
You smile at Aratia.
You nod.
Aratia says in elven, "I was hoping, praying, that it would be I that could help you find that again... I did not know anything except that I had to try."
Aratia smiles at you.

Aratia says in elven, "If I am your moon, then you are the sun which makes it glow as it does."

(Yandar takes your hand from your hip and softly places a kiss in the middle of your palm)
You say in elven, "You make me speechless and breathless as well. In fact you make me tremble."

Aratia asks in elven, "And beautiful... what lies in your heart?"
Aratia smiles at you.

Whispers
Whispers can be used in all sorts of effective ways when it comes to sex and romance. They can be playful, used to tease or arouse, to convey intensity of feeling, etc.

Traffic swarms off in all directions here, some going to the large intersection
with South Ring Road, others crisscrossing the square via the bazaar. Among
the faces here, you see women carrying neatly tied parcels, men with coils
of rope slung over their arms, and children amusing themselves with cleverly

Suggestive Touches
Touches that are suggestive or hint at things can be very effective at the beginning of a relationship when the two characters may not yet be really sure of each other or are trying to clue each other in to how they are feeling, or the direction their thoughts are wandering. Later on they can be used as teases or promises of things to come. Sometimes a simple light touch can convey a lot.
[Deep Forest, Secret Garden]
The canopy overhead thins out enough to allow sunlight to play across the
forest floor. In its benevolence grow a host of plants, from tumbles of blackberry
vines to flowering lilies and wild roses. Small woodland violets dot the green
with multicolored, jewel-like blossoms, and huge clumps of ferns ring the
rampant verdure like hosts welcoming visiting family members. Also here: Journeyman

Vanah grins.
(Kaen plucks a violet and hands it to you)
Vanah beams happily at you!

This table is situated at the far end of the room, but the windows still provide
a wondrous view of the lovely town of River's Rest. Carved over the table
are roltons in various poses.

(Raedel pulls out your chair for you)
Tayra smiles back at you over her shoulder as she sits
Tayra pulls out a chair and plops herself down at the table.
Tayra says in elven, "Thank you"
You smile.
(Raedel lightly touches your shoulder before taking her own seat)
You pull out a chair and plop yourself down at the table.
(Tayra lets her hand slip slowly from your arm as you walk to your seat)
Karna says in dark elven, "I'm usually around here these days."
You nod to Karna.
Karna says in dark elven, "I'm sure you will see me again"
Karna grins at you.

Karna scoots her chair back and stands up.
You fidget.
Karna winks at you.
You say in dark elven, "See ye roun then."
(Karna stretches as she walks by you. She pauses at your side for a moment, her fingers grazing over your shoulder as she takes another step behind you.)

Aratia says in elven, "And you were the most beautiful there."
(Yandar fondles the silk of her shirt a bit, getting a smile on her face as her cheeks flush)

You say in elven, "I uhh...rather liked the feel of your hand through this shirt."

Not All is Serious
A sense of humor and/or a playful spirit can add a lot. Even a serious love scene can have room for a humorous touch. While one of the nice things about portraying a fantasy character is that we get to be someone who may be a lot better than we are in so many aspects, there's no reason you can't have your character look a bit silly or foolish once in a while.
(Raedel struggles to get out of her leather but gets tangled up)
(Raedel says something that is muffled by the bed)
Ahnlee says, "I don't want to hunt."
You smile quietly to yourself.
You say, "Ye kin hunt me."
Ahnlee says, "Easy prey."
Ahnlee just kissed you softly on the neck.
Ahnlee says, "Huntin' means a chase."
You scratch your chin.
You climb off the bed.
You grin at Ahnlee.
Ahnlee blinks at you.
Ahnlee scowls at you.
Ahnlee climbs off the bed on which she was laying.
You say, "Thought ye was needin ta chase me."
Ahnlee says, "Can't run too far in here."
Ahnlee grins at you.
(Kaen runs around the room, laughing)
(Ahnlee corners you against the wall.)
You say, "That was too easy."
Ahnlee leans on you.
Ahnlee nods to you.
Ahnlee smiles.
(Dartan leans back, his muscles tensing. His eyes pop open suddenly and he mutters something vile underneath his breath while his hands fumble with the clasp of his trousers.)
Kissing
The game already has a very nice array of kiss verbs, but when it comes to serious romance and intimacy, they can often leave something to be desired. Most people tend to use a blend of the verbs and then their own act commands to describe different kinds of kisses to fit the occasion.
(Vanah leans her head down to brush her lips over yours.)
(Ranvil tilts his head slightly to meet your lips with his own.)
(Vanah parts her lips slightly, flicking her tongue against your lips.)
(Vanah slides her hands down your arms slowly, her mouth eagerly capturing yours in a deep kiss.)
(Ahnlee kisses you lightly on the neck just behind your ear, her lips trailing down softly.)
You move to stand in front of Naestel.
Naestel smiles softly into your eyes.
(Raedel cups your face in both her hands then places a soft lingering kiss upon your lips)
Naestel closes her eyes for a moment.
(Raedel traces your lips with her finger, then follows with a soft kiss)
Raedel smiles down at you, her eyes lingering on your lips.
(Tayra leans into you, the leaves of the willow shrouding you both)
(Raedel lowers her head, her lips taking yours in a sweet, yet guardedly hungry kiss)

Using the Five Senses
Sometimes people get caught up in the technicalities of describing WHAT they are doing, and forget to portray HOW it feels. Using acts to describe what is going on with the senses helps create a more vivid image.
(Ranvil runs her index fingers teasingly over the smooth flesh of your torso, smiling slightly into the kiss as she feels the soft skin pebble.)
(Raedel lowers her head to yours, tasting the sweetness of your lips, her tongue lightly tracing over them)
(Naestel parts her lips as she opens herself to you, her own tongue greeting yours in a soft dance.)
(Raedel swirls her tongue with yours, enjoying the taste of your mouth and the pressure of your lips on hers)
(Naestel traces her tongue along the curve of your ear, her breath warm and heavy.)
(Kaen pulls your head to hers for a long slow kiss, her lips tasting and exploring)
(Ahnlee returns the kiss, wrapping her arms around your neck and pulling you close.)
(Kaen moves her hands down to carress your back as she continues the kiss, savoring the softness of your lips)
(Aratia leans up and breathes lightly in your ear)
You shiver.
Aratia just kissed you on the ear.
(Aratia nuzzles your ear lightly with her nose before settling back next to you)
You say in elven, "You do much of that and we will not be able to stay long in this tree."

Climax
Well I can't really give any actual examples without being too explicit for the purposes of this guide. But I wanted to note one thing. Make it clear. If you are too vague it can cause miscommuncation and embarassment.
Clothing, Dressing and Undressing
Because of how the GS clothing system works, actually undressing and dressing, unless it specifically adds to the scene, is a royal pain. This is especially true since you always have to leave something on or in your hand anyway because items on the ground can disappear at any time. (Never put down anything you don't want to lose!)
Most end up using act commands for dressing and undressing. Sometimes you can combine acts with actually removing or replacing clothes. Some people prefer to actually remove everything for real and not rely on act commands. You just have to find which way works best for you.
Undressing can either be an integral part of the scene or just something to be gotten out of the way. Some people completely forget that part, but I think at least a one liner act should be done to get the idea across.
One last note about clothes. Many characters have tattoos that should be visible when clothing is removed. It's often best for this reason, among others, to actually undress the first time when with someone new. Either that or in whispers make it known that you have a prancing pony tattoo on your chest that the other character would see.
(Vanah gasps softly into your mouth and reaches up to slide your jacket over your shoulders, tossing it blindly somewhere behind you.)
(Kaen strips off her clothes and dumps them in a heap on the floor)
Tayra asks in Elven, "A girl can't lighten her load for a dangerous journey?"
Tayra clears her throat.
You say in Elven, "Oh it must be done."
You nod.
Tayra smiles with a twinkle in her eye.
You say in Elven, "That armor looks terribly heavy."
You try hard not to grin.
Tayra grins at you.
Tayra says in Elven, "Oh you have no idea.."
Tayra says in Elven, "There is a problem though"
Tayra nods to you.
You give your eyebrow a little workout.
Tayra says in Elven, "There are buckles I can't seem to reach on my own"
Tayra sighs.
(Raedel tsks)
Tayra asks in Elven, "See?"
Tayra lies down on the bed.
Tayra stretches one arm along her side and props up her head with the other hand.
You try hard not to grin.
(Tayra runs a hand slowly down her side)
Tayra says in Elven, "These.."
You ask in Elven, "I guess you need some assistance my lady?"
You kneel down on the bed.
Tayra says in Elven, "That would only be the right thing to do.. I mean.. I DO need your help in this most difficult quest"
Tayra nods to you.
You nod to Tayra.
You say in Elven, "And I am only too happy to serve."
(Raedel runs her hand down your side)
You say in Elven, "Ah, these buckles...."
Tayra smiles at you and runs her arm back up over her side, up to her neck.
Tayra nods to you.
Tayra asks in Elven, "They are horrid, aren't they?"
(Raedel slowly unfastens each one, nodding to you in assent)
You say in Elven, "Aye, but I think I have them solved."
(Tayra turns her playful gaze to you. A smile growing on her lips.)
Tayra says in Elven, "Then I am in your debt."
You ask in Elven, "Ah?"
You say in Elven, "Well then...."
Tayra nods to you.
You say in Elven, "I shall have to think of a payment...suitable..."
Tayra says in Elven, "Decency would dictate that a favor given is a favor owed."
(Dartan glances over his shoulder at you and with one last shake of his head, grabs his trousers from the pile. He and slips them over his legs, tucking a rather stubborn part of his body down into them before lacing them up.)
(Dartan grabs his leathers and shrugs them over his shoulder, then follows it with his bandoleer.)
(Dartan stomps into his boots and bends over to lace them up. He carefully tucks his trouser legs into each, then stuffs the remaining laces down into the boots.)
(Dartan snatches up his pouches and ties them to his belt, then shakes out his cloak before fastening the clasp at his throat.)
Short and To the Point vs. Descriptive Detail
As mentioned in the main part of the guide, doing short and to the point act commands lets things move along faster and often lends to more comfortable timing, as less thought and typing are needed. However, more detail adds to the roleplay and makes the experience more vivid.
What often works best is mixing it up a bit. Use shorter act commands to keep things moving or to act as "filler" and then use longer ones for more detailed movements, to set the mood, and provide the ambience. Below are some examples of short acts compared to the same thing with more detail given.
(Vanah undoes your hair tie)
vs.
(Vanah undoes your hair tie, loosening your hair and working her fingers into it.)
(Raedel kisses your collar bone)
vs.
(Raedel places a warm, soft kiss on your collar bone, while running her hand over the silky skin of your back)
(Ranvil unclasps your cloak)

(Ranvil raises both hands and smooths them over your face, through your hair, down your neck. She runs them slowly over your shoulders and unclasps your cloak.)
The Eyes
Significant looks, randy appraisals and romantic gazes all have their appropriate place and should not be overlooked.
(Raedel intently watches your face, her eyes returning to yours as she looks for your response)
(Naestel gazes deeply into your eyes, her pupils wide with desire as she reaches up with another deep kiss.)
(Raedel lets her appreciative gaze roam over your body, lingering here and there)
(Raedel gazes down into your eyes, love and desire shining in hers)
(Tayra kisses the end of your fingertip, her eyes open and never leaving your own)
Raedel smiles into your eyes, seeming to get lost in them.
You say in elven, "I wish I could tell you how I feel right now."

(Raedel gazes into your eyes, trying to convey to you what words cannot)
Physical Positions and Proximity
Keeping track of exactly where each person is, what position they are in and how it relates to the other is very important. Some people make great use of verbs, act and smile commands that highlight they know exactly where they are in relation to the other at all times and it can truly enhance the scene, whether it be something to do with romance or just an average conversation.
(Tayra hesitates only briefly... and hopes you didn't notice... before working her fingers under your hair and gently massaging the base of your neck)
Tayra says in elven, "You are far, far too tense"
Raedel smiles with delight.
You say in elven, "You will put me to sleep like that."
You say in elven, "I have not had a good backrub in years."
(Tayra grins and presses her thumbs in slow circles)
You groan.
Tayra says in elven, "I learned from a masseuse when I was on my travels to find Yuriqen...we won't go into details"
You laugh out loud!
Tayra clears her throat.
You say in elven, "Oh nay."
You say in elven, "Now when you put it like that, it means you MUST tell details."
(Raedel glances back at you)
(Tayra raises her hands and turns your head back facing forward before resuming)

You smile quietly to yourself.

You ask in elven, "Should I mention that part of who I am is insatiably curious about everything?"
(Tayra's lips touch you lightly on the back of the neck. Her thumbs resume at your spine, moving outward in slow, methodic strokes.)

Tayra says in elven, "Hmm? Oh"

(Kaen plays with your fingers in return, her chin resting on your shoulder)

You kiss Vanah on the lips.
(Vanah leans close to you, stretching her arm out behind you and resting her weight on her hand.)
You lean on Ranvil.
(Vanah nuzzles your neck with her nose and lips, breathing in your warm skin.)

Here's an example of a small snafu where it doesn't quite fit together as well as it should and it's the kind of thing to try and avoid:

(Raedel rests her hand on your leg and softly caresses your calf through your gown)

Tayra asks in elven, "But then how can I speak of how radiant your eyes are with the moonlight shining from them?"
You say, "The stars, the cool fall air, a good meal and a beautiful sylph."
You say, "The fates have been kind to me."
You say, "You've nothing to be afraid of with me, that I promise."
Layra says, "I am sorry, Sir. I... I know what is expected of me, but I am still afraid."
Layra closes her eyes for a moment.
Layra bites her lip.
You say, "For now, perhaps, it is enough for me to possess you with my eyes, and drink in the sight of your beauty."
Layra says, "Oh."
Layra glances at you.
You slowly pace to your left, moving in a circle around Layra.
You ask, "I must wonder, what Arkati blessed me so to grace this home with your presence?"
All Talk
Sometimes because of place and time, actions are hindered, inappropriate, or just not desired at the moment. Or maybe you have an agreement as players that you will not cross a certain line with acting out details in the game. However, nothing stops you from using words instead.
Ranvil says in guild speak, "Just...thinking."
Ranvil says in guild speak, "You. Me. Soft grass. Warm sunlight."
You say in guild speak, "Mmmmm.. sounds nice."
Ranvil says in guild speak, "I rather thought so."
You say, "Later, perhaps, we can see if I remember how to do other things I learned about in my homelands."
Layra says, "Such as, Sir?
Dartan smiles and his eyes glitter with merriment. He rests his index finger on your lips and says, "I said later. The wait will make it all the better."
Conflict
Conflicts within a relationship come as part of the package. It would be nice if fantasy romance meant only the good stuff, but that's just as unlikely as in real life. Some fights between lovers are extremely intense and even downright nasty. Sometimes as a player that can be difficult to deal with. Just don't lose perspective and remember to keep focused on it as roleplay. Some volatile relationships and fights can be fun and entertaining for the players.
These two were involved in a love triangle for a while (mentioned to give context to this log snip). These two fought often and loudly. As players we instinctively knew which buttons to push on the other character and often did so, just to get an explosive reaction. At times it was frustrating, but much more often than not, it was highly entertaining and would have me laughing at my keys as my character would be yelling at the top of her lungs.
Tarnia asks, "So, you're not mad I invited her?"
Tarnia fidgets.
Tarnia says, "I mean, you were mad earlier."
You look at Tarnia and shake your head.
Tarnia glances at you.
You say, "Jes took me by surprise is all."
Tarnia says, "I was just teasin' you. Wanted to see what you'd say."
Tarnia blushes a nice shade of off-pink.
Tarnia examines her fingernails.
You blink at Tarnia.
Tarnia clears her throat.
You exclaim, "Ye dint vite her ta dinner?!"
Tarnia says, "Oh, aye. I mean teasin' about havin' her over to my shanty earlier."
Tarnia grins.
Tarnia says, "I invited her to dinner though."
Tarnia nods to you.
You mumble something under your breath.
You glance at Tarnia.
You say, "Ye kin be mean."
Tarnia exclaims, "No!"
Tarnia just tried to pull you towards her!
Tarnia says, "I didn't mean to be! I just.."
Tarnia fidgets.
Tarnia exclaims, "Well, I like to know how you feel and it's hard to tell sometimes!"
You say, "Never mind that, I ain mad."
Tarnia scowls.
You exclaim, "Hard ta tell?!"
You exclaim, "I don know how I kin be more plain!"
Tarnia says, "Well, aye. You get moody."
You exclaim, "So do ye!"
Tarnia exclaims, "I do not!"
The town constable wanders in with his friendly smile and suspicious eyes.
You exclaim, "Do too!"
You scowl at the town constable.
You exclaim, "Go way!"
Tarnia says, "I'm even tempered all the time."
Tarnia glances at the town constable.
Tarnia says, "Tell her. I don't start no trouble."
Tarnia nods to the town constable.
You exclaim, "Trouble an yer name start with the same thing, had nough schoolin ta know that!"
Tarnia says, "'Cept I don't like it when you are over there all the time."
You say, "Tarnia...we done talked bout this before..."
Tarnia says, "Oh, aye. I know. Doesn't mean I have to like it."
Tarnia just tried to pull you towards her!
Tarnia says, "Don't care. You should be moonin' over me."
Tarnia grins.
Tarnia winks at you.
Tarnia says, "Like I do you."
You exclaim, "I AM moonin over ye!"

The east-west road continues, closed in on the south by the militia barracks
and on the north by the twelve-foot-high wall of the city itself. The insistent
thud of leather boots in unison upon cobbled pavement and the clipped shouts
of barked orders reverberate off the modwir walls along this part of the road.
The scents of leather, weapon oil and hearty cooking fill the air here. You

You say, "I miss ye somethin fierce sometimes, so much it scares me."

You nod to Tarnia.

Tarnia says, "But that doesn't mean I like it."
You sigh.
Tarnia says, "But, I'll get by it."
Tarnia nods to you.
Tarnia says, "Eventually."
Tarnia grins.

You say, "I want ye ta be happy, not feelin like ye gotta do things my way."
You scowl.
Tarnia says, "I AM happy."
You say, "Ye don act like it lotta the time."
Tarnia says, "Happier than I've ever been, in fact. That's the truth."
Tarnia nods to you.
You hug Tarnia.
Tarnia sighs.
Tarnia says, "I just need to stop thinkin' so much."

You smile at Tarnia.
Tarnia asks, "So...put up with me a bit longer, aye?"
Tarnia grins.
Tarnia just kissed you.
You smile at Tarnia.
You say, "Long as ye put up with me too."
You kiss Tarnia on the lips.
Tarnia says, "I'll do more than that."
Tarnia grins.
You grin.
You say, "Ye keep sayin that, but we still standin out here onna street."
You elbow Tarnia in the ribs in a playful sort of way.

Tarnia asks, "You sleep at my house tonight?"
Tarnia grins.
You smile at Tarnia.
You say, "I'd like that."
